Section Nur 207.05 - Rights to Representation(a) Any party in an adjudicatory proceeding may be represented by counsel or lay representation, but such person appearing on behalf of a party shall first file an appropriate appearance pursuant to Nur 203.01 at the earliest date practicable.(b) Requests to the board to appoint counsel or otherwise arrange for representation shall be denied and the board shall assume no responsibility for expenses of any party.N.H.
