Section Nuh 501.01 - Code of EthicsAll licensed nursing home administrators shall abide by the following code:
(a) The administrator shall be an advocate for the total needs, personal, medical, psychological, social, and spiritual, of each individual for whom he or she is responsible;(b) The administrator shall strive to participate in his or her community as a health professional to plan with others for the provision of appropriate health care services for all persons;(c) The administrator shall continually strive to advance and broaden his or her knowledge and skills as an administrator to the best of his or her ability, by participating in educational and professional activities; and(d) The administrator shall offer services which maximize the quality of life for those entrusted to his or her care.N.H.
