Section Nuh 305.05 - Supervision(a) The acting administrator shall be supervised by a licensed administrator.(b) Any licensed administrator about to become a supervisor of an acting administrator shall notify the OPLC of their intent.(c) Any licensed administrator about to become a supervisor of an acting administrator shall meet the definition of preceptor as specified in Nuh 102.06.(d) No licensed administrator shall be permitted to supervise more than one acting administrator at a time.N.H.
