Section Nuh 302.03 - Documentation of Legal Right to Work

(a) Proof of the legal right to work in the United States shall be required.

(b) The applicant shall provide one of the following:

(1) A certified copy of birth certificate;

(2) A copy of a certificate of naturalization;

(3) A copy of a legal permanent resident card; or

(4) A copy of a valid United States passport.
