Section Nat 302.01 - Application for Initial Licensure as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Persons who are not currently licensed as a doctor of naturopathic medicine or naturopathic physician in any state, the District of Columbia, or U.S. territory and who wish to apply for a license as a doctor of naturopathic medicine shall do so by submitting an application which contains:

(a) The completed application form described in Nat 302.03;

(b) The supporting materials specified by Nat 302.04; and

(c) The license fee specified by Nat 307.01(a).
