Section Nat 216.06 - Issuance and Publication of Declaratory Rulings
Declaratory rulings shall be:
(a) Edited as necessary to comply with RSA 91-A; and(b) Filed on the day of issuance with the director of legislative services in accordance with RSA 541-A:16, II (b).
