Section Nat 212.05 - Proposed Findings of Fact and Rulings of Law(a) Any party or intervenor may submit proposed findings of fact and rulings of law to the presiding officer before or at the hearing.(b) The presiding officer shall require the submission of proposed findings of fact and rulings of law and specify a deadline after the close of the hearing for their submission when: (1) Any party or intervenor has requested such action;(2) The presiding officer is required by Nat 212.08(c) to make findings of fact and rulings of law; or(3) The presiding officer determines that proposed findings of fact and rulings of law would clarify the issues presented at the hearing.(c) In any case where proposed findings of fact and rulings of law are submitted, the decision shall include rulings on the proposals.N.H.
