Section Mvi 208.01 - Conduct of Hearing(a) The board shall conduct a hearing for all issues that are not resolved in prehearing conferences, unless Mvi 207.01 is applicable.(b) Each party to the protest shall have the opportunity to:(1) Examine all documents and records used at the hearing;(2) Have witnesses and cross examine adverse witnesses;(3) Present all relevant facts through oral, written and demonstrative evidence; and(4) Present and refute any testimony and evidence.(c) All oral testimony shall be presented under oath or affirmation administered by the presiding officer to each witness prior to testifying.N.H.
