Section Mtec 205.25 - Motion for Rehearing or Reconsideration Granted(a) If the motion of any party or board member for rehearing or reconsideration is granted, the process for commencement of an adjudicative proceeding shall begin again, with notice to all affected parties.(b) The scope of any rehearing or reconsideration including the issues to be heard and the introduction of the previous record into evidence shall be determined by the presiding officer at a new prehearing conference.N.H.
