Section Mtec 205.07 - Computation of Time(a) Unless otherwise specified, all time periods referenced in this chapter shall be calendar days.(b) Pursuant to RSA 21:35: (1) Except where specifically stated to the contrary, when a period or limit of time is to be reckoned from a day or date, that day or date shall be excluded from and the day on which an act should occur shall be included in the computation of the period or limit of time.(2) If a specified date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the document or fee shall be deemed timely filed if it is received by the next business day.(c) Communications from the board to a party sent by United States mail shall be considered dated as of the date of the outgoing postmark if different than the date appearing on the document itself.(d) Communications to the board shall be considered received on the received date so marked by the office.N.H.
