Section Mtec 205.04 - Roles of Board Staff and Complainants(a) Unless called as witnesses, board staff shall have no role in any enforcement or disciplinary hearing.(b) Unless called as a witness or granted party or intervenor status, a person who initiates an adjudicative proceeding by complaining to the board about the conduct of a registrant shall have no role in any enforcement or disciplinary hearing regarding the registrant.N.H.
