Section Mtec 205.01 - Hearings(a) The board shall commence an adjudicative proceeding to resolve any disciplinary or licensure allegation arising under this chapter which has not been resolved in accordance with Mtec 204.02.(b) Once a disciplinary proceeding has been commenced, no party shall communicate with a participating member of the board concerning the merits of the case except upon notice to all parties and in accordance with the rules of this chapter.N.H.
