Section Mtec 201.02 - Applicability These rules shall apply to the following types of proceedings:
(a) Adjudicative proceedings regarding the issuance, renewal, or other status of a certificate of registration to practice as a medical technician;(b) Investigations of alleged misconduct by registrants;(c) Adjudicative proceedings seeking the imposition of disciplinary action upon a registrant;(d) Public comment hearings;(e) Petitions for rulemaking; and(f) Requests for declaratory ruling.N.H.
