Section Mtec 101.01 - Terms Used

The following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

(a) "Board" means the New Hampshire board of registration of medical technicians created under RSA 328-I;

(b) "Registrant" means a person who possesses a current registration pursuant to RSA 328-I:6;
