Section Mirt 407.08 - Obligation to Report

Licensees shall report the following to the board's office within 30 days, whether applicable to themselves or other licensees:

(a) Any misdemeanor or felony conviction;

(b) Any disciplinary actions, whether the disciplinary action was by:

(1) Any other licensing jurisdiction, whether United States or foreign;

(2) Any health care institution;

(3) Any professional society or association;

(4) Any credentialing organization;

(5) Any government agency;

(6) Any law enforcement agency; or

(7) Any court;

(c) Any conduct for which the board may take disciplinary action under RSA 328-J:19.
