Section Mirt 407.06 - Obligation to Cooperate with Board Investigations

Licensees shall cooperate with the board's investigations by:

(a) Providing accurate factual information;

(b) Responding to the board's requests in a timely fashion; and

(c) Assisting in any other way requested by the board.
