Section Mirt 407.02 - Obligation to Update Information

Licensees shall send to the board's office, either in writing or via e-submission, within 30 days any changes in:

(a) Their names;

(b) Home or business physical addresses;

(c) Home or business mailing addresses;

(d) Home or business telephone number or personal cell phone number if provided to the board; or

(e) E-mail address.
