Section Mirt 404.03 - Sanctions(a) Pursuant to RSA 328-J:19, II(a) through (f), disciplinary measures available to the board to sanction misconduct shall be:(3) Refusal to renew a license;(4) Limitation or restriction of a license;(5) Probation for a period of time;(7) Participation in a program of continuing education in the area or areas in which the person has been found deficient;(8) Practice under the direct supervision of a medical imaging professional or radiation therapist for a period of time specified by the board: and(9) Assessment of a civil penalty in the amount established by the board which shall not exceed $2,500 per offense or in the case of continuing offenses, $250.00 for each day the violation continues, whichever is greater.N.H.
