Section Mirt 402.09 - Renewal of Licensure The board shall renew the licenses of licensees who:
(a) Have timely submitted the completed renewal application form and supporting documents;(b) Hold a currently valid certificate issued by one or more of the below organizations, as evidenced by a photocopy of the front and back of the wallet card:(1) The American Registry in Radiologic Technologists (ARRT);(2) The American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT);(3) The American Chiropractic Registry of Radiologic Technologists;(4) The American Society of Podiatric Medical Assistants;(5) The International Society for Clinical Densitometry;(6) Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board;(7) Cardiovascular Credentialing International;(8) The Certification Board of Radiology Physician Assistants; or(9) The American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography;(c) Have not violated RSA 328-J; and(d) Are of good professional character and reliability, as evidenced by the information contained in the answers to the questions in Mirt 402.05(d) and any related documents submitted pursuant to Mirt 402.07; and(e) Have submitted sufficient proof of continuing education pursuant to the requirements of Mirt 406.N.H.
