Section Mirt 305.03 - Issuance and Expiration of Temporary Licenses(a) The board shall issue a temporary license to all applicants who meet the basic eligibility requirements of Mirt 305.02 and are not restricted from obtaining a temporary license by Mirt 305.01.(b) When any of the following 3 conditions occur, a temporary license shall automatically expire: (1) Ninety days after the date of the next examination if the applicant is required to take an examination, but if the applicant does not take the examination on the scheduled date, the temporary license shall expire immediately;(2) Immediately after the board takes action on the applicant's application for full licensure;(3) Automatically either: a. One year after issuance of the temporary license if the temporary license was granted under Mirt 305.01(a)(1); orb. 120 days after issuance of the temporary license if the temporary license was granted under Mirt 305.01(a)(2)(c) Notwithstanding the above, the board shall deny an application for a temporary license if the board finds that issuance of the temporary license would endanger the public health and safety. Such denials shall be sent to the applicant in writing which clearly explains the reasons for the denial.N.H. Admin. Code § Mirt 305.03
