Section Mil 202.10 - Evidence(a) All documents, materials and objects offered as exhibits shall be admitted into evidence unless excluded by the presiding officer as irrelevant, immaterial, unduly repetitious or legally privileged.(b) Objections to evidence offered may be made by the parties and shall be noted by the presiding officer.(c) Documentary evidence may be submitted in the form of copies or excerpts if the original is not readily available. Upon request, parties shall be given an opportunity to compare the copy with the original.(d) A party, or his or her representative, may conduct cross examinations required for a full and true disclosure of the facts.(e) If the board, through the presiding officer, officially notes a fact, such shall be stated and any party, upon timely request, shall be given the opportunity to show to the contrary.(f) Transcripts of testimony and documents or other materials admitted into evidence shall be public records unless the presiding officer determines that all or part of a transcript or document is exempt from disclosure under RSA 91-A:5 or applicable case law.N.H.
