Section Mil 202.05 - Failure to Appear(a) Any party, to whom notice has been served in accordance with this chapter, who fails to appear and fails to request a postponement of the hearing prior to the scheduled time of the hearing at which evidence or argument shall be presented, shall have a decision rendered against him or her which shall result in adverse action.(b) A party may move to strike such adverse decision upon a showing that failure to appear or request a postponement was for circumstances beyond the party's control.N.H.
