Section Mil 201.04 - Presiding Officer AuthorityThe presiding officer shall as necessary:
(a) Regulate and control the course of a hearing;(b) Facilitate informal resolution of an appeal;(c) Receive relevant evidence at hearings and exclude irrelevant, immaterial or unduly repetitious evidence;(d) Question any person who testifies;(e) Cause a complete record of the hearing to be made; and(f) Take any other action consistent with applicable statutes and rules necessary to conduct the hearing and complete the record in a fair and timely manner.N.H.
