Section Mil 103.03 - Copies of Records(a) Persons desiring copies of board records shall submit a request which identifies as particularly as possible the information being sought and which agrees to pay a fee of $0.25 per copy to cover the costs of the photocopying and mailing of the requested records.(b) If records are requested which contain both public and confidential information, the board shall delete the confidential information prior to sending the information to the requester.N.H.
