Section Mid 405.07 - Participation in the Work of Midwifery-Related Professional Boards or Committees and Participation in the Work of Midwifery-Related Governmental Regulatory Agencies(a) The midwifery council shall recognize as continuing education the participation by a midwife in the work of midwifery-related professional boards or committees and participation by a midwife in the work of midwifery-related governmental regulatory agencies.(b) The midwifery council shall credit the midwife with 2 contact hours for each board, committee or governmental regulatory agency served, to a maximum of 4 contact hours.N.H.
