Section Mid 216.05 - Effect of Declaratory Rulings

A declaratory ruling shall apply only to the council and to the person requesting it and shall be confined to the facts presented pursuant to Mid 216.02(a)(2) - (a) (3) and in response to a request of the council made pursuant to Mid 216.03(b).
