Section Mid 209.03 - Role of Complainants and Council Staff(a) Complainants complying with Mid 203.01 shall have no role in any hearing other than that of witness unless they petition for, and are granted, the right to intervene.(b) Unless called as witnesses, council staff shall have no role in any hearing.
