Section Mhp 503.05 - Professional Conduct Investigators(a) In addition to those PCIs defined in Mhp 503.01(p), the board shall appoint any trained individual or attorney as a PCI to discover facts and make reports to the board when additional expertise or staffing is needed.(b) The board investigator shall: (1) Oversee the PCIs who are appointed by the board;(2) Assign cases to the PCIs;(3) Oversee the PCIs' training; and(4) Arrange PCIs' supervision as appropriate;(c) A PCI shall not be appointed to conduct investigations for the board for more than 2 consecutive 3 year terms;(d) All PCIs shall serve at the pleasure of the board; and(e) All PCIs shall receive one hour of continuing education for each hour they meet with the board investigator for a maximum of 12 hours.
