Section Mhp 309.01 - Conditional Licensure Criteria(a) The following shall be eligible for conditional licensure: (1) Clinical social worker;(2) School social worker;(4) Social work associate;(5) Clinical mental health counselor; and(6) Marriage and family therapist.(b) The clinical social worker applicant for conditional licensure shall hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work or social welfare from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) approved program.(c) The school social worker applicant for conditional licensure shall hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work or social welfare from a CSWE approved program.(d) The social worker applicant for conditional licensure shall hold a bachelor's degree in social work or social welfare from a CSWE approved program.(e) The social work associate applicant for conditional licensure shall hold an associate or bachelor's degree in clinical mental health, social work, psychology, behavioral health counseling, human services discipline, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university.(f) The clinical mental health counselor applicant for conditional licensure shall hold a master's or doctoral degree in clinical mental health counseling from a CACREP accredited institution or its equivalent which has received regional accreditation from the Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges.(g) The marriage and family therapist applicant for conditional licensure shall hold a master's or doctoral degree in family therapy from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education, a master's degree or doctorate degree with a concentration in the field of marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited institution, or has a clinical membership in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.N.H.
