Section Med 103.02 - Officers(a) In December of each year, the board shall elect one member to serve as president and one member to serve as vice president and one member to be the board's designee on the MRSC for the coming year.(b) The president shall chair the board's meetings, establish the order of its business and approve the actions of the administrator, consistent with the policies of the board.(c) The vice-president shall assume the duties of the president in his or her absence.(d) The board shall elect a member as the board's designee on the MRSC. That member shall attend and be a full voting member at the MRSC meetings and as a consequence be recused from the discussion of disciplinary matters by the board.N.H. Admin. Code § Med 103.02
