"Practice of Medicine" means the practice of medicine or surgery as defined in RSA 329:1, including procedures which require the use of lasers, provided, however, that activities which may lawfully be performed by health care professionals licensed under other New Hampshire statutes shall not be considered as the practice of medicine.
