Section Mavs 204.12 - Applicable Rules of EvidenceThe following shall govern the introduction and admissibility of evidence at hearings:
(a) Hearings shall not be bound by the rules of evidence;(b) All relevant and material evidence shall be admissible;(c) Evidence shall include but not be limited to:(3) Official documents; and(4) Testimony of witnesses;(d) The presiding officer shall exclude any irrelevant, immaterial, or unduly cumulative or repetitious evidence; and(e) Applicable statutory and constitutional provisions and immunities requiring exclusion of evidence shall be recognized provided however, that nothing contained herein shall prohibit a party from waiving his or her privilege or immunity.N.H.
