Section Mavs 204.07 - Role of Complainants

Unless called as witnesses or granted party or intervenor status, a person who initiates an adjudicative proceeding by complaining to the department about the conduct of a person who becomes a party shall have no role in any enforcement or disciplinary hearing and is not a party.
