Section Lot 8007.07 - Activities on Racing Premises

The owner(s) of the racing premises shall not allow other activities, such as musical performances, to take place on the premises if such activities will, or are likely to:

(1) Injure the animals;

(2) Produce lights or noises sufficient to distract the animals from running; or

(3) Otherwise interfere with a racing meet or a race.
