Section Lot 8005.01 - Duties of Partnerships as Horse Owners(a) The following shall be required when multiple individuals own a horse as a partnership: (1) Each individual partner shall be licensed as an owner pursuant to Lot 8004 above; and(2) The partnership shall be registered pursuant to this part.(b) Any change in the ownership of a horse shall be promptly reported to the racing secretary.(c) If an owner is suspended from the racing premises, every horse wholly or partly owned by that owner shall be ineligible to be entered or to start a race for the duration of the owner's suspension.N.H.
