Section Lot 8004.04 - Expiration of an Occupational License An occupational license issued under this section shall expire:
(1) On December 31 of the year for which the license is issued;(2) Upon revocation of the license by the commission as specified in RSA 284:16;(3) If the license is held by a corporation, partnership, or other form of association, upon a change in either legal or equitable ownership of 50 percent or more of the association from the ownership that existed at the time that a license was initially granted to the applicant; or(4) If a qualification for a license is that a third party agree to employ an applicant, upon termination of that employment or upon failure of the person or entity that has agreed to employ the applicant to do so within 10 days of the issuance of the license.N.H.
