Section Lot 7303.01 - Possession of Unlawful Gambling Machines(a) Pursuant to RSA 287-D:29, a person shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter if such person conducts, finances, manages, supervises, directs, or owns all or part of a business, and such person or business possesses or promotes gambling on a gambling machine.(b) A person shall not be considered in violation of this chapter if the person owned, manufactured, transferred, or possessed the gambling machine, equipment, or paraphernalia for the sole purpose of shipping it to another jurisdiction where the possession or promotion of the machine, equipment, or paraphernalia was legal.N.H.
