Section Lot 7003.08 - Expiration of an Issued License(a) Licenses issued in accordance with this chapter shall be non-transferable, and shall expire in accordance with the following:(1) Distributor or manufacturer licenses shall expire on June 30 following the date of issue;(2) Charitable organization licenses shall expire on the last day of the month for which the license was issued, or for annual licenses, the last day of the year in which it was issued; and(3) Commercial hall licenses shall expire on June 30 following the date of issue.(b) All licenses shall be valid only for the activities, location, dates, and times as listed on the license.(c) Any licensee that ceases to conduct bingo activities shall immediately notify the commission in writing and provide the commission a report as to the disposition of: (1) All unused bingo inventory; and(2) Any bingo player systems used by the charity.N.H.
