Section Lot 216.01 - Record of the Hearing(a) The commission shall record the hearing by tape recording or other method that will provide a verbatim record.(b) If any person requests a transcript of the taped record, the commission shall cause a transcript to be prepared and, upon receipt of payment for the cost of the transcription, shall provide copies of the transcript to the requesting party.(c) In accordance with RSA 284:13, the commission, on its own motion or at the request of any party, shall cause a complete record to be made of such hearings by a competent reporter or by electronic recording which shall be transcribed at the request and expense of any party desiring the same, and a copy of such transcription shall be furnished to any other party upon the written request and at the expense of such other party. If the record is not transcribed, the lottery commission shall prepare a summary record of the proceedings and evidence.(d) A request for a certified shorthand court reporter, per (c) above, shall be filed at least 10 days prior to the hearing.N.H.
