Section Lot 208.02 - Change in Allowed Times(a) Except where the time is fixed by statute, the commission shall extend or shorten the time provided for the filing of any document, or advance or postpone the time set for any oral hearing if the request for a change of time meets the requirements in (b) and (c) below.(b) A request to change time shall be filed at least 4 business days preceding the event in question.(c) A request for a change of time shall be granted upon a finding of diligence and hardship to the complainant making the request which outweighs any hardship likely to be suffered by any other party to the proceeding.N.H.
