Section Liq 907.06 - Off-Premises Licensees Discounts with Combined Annual Wine Purchases over $350,000(a) The commission shall allow discounts for sale of fortified and table wines to off-premises licensees with combined annual sales over $350,000.(b) The $350,000 annual wine purchase sales shall be calculated by totaling annual sales for all off-premises licenses held by a licensee under RSA 178:18.(c) The discount shall be no less than 10% less than the regular price F.O.B at the warehouse.N.H.
