Section Liq 702.12 - Training Required, Designee(a) Pursuant to RSA 178:2, for each on or off premise license initially issued, all retail licensees or a manager designee shall attend the commission MTS licensee basic training course.(b) An applicant may designate a manager by name to attend the training in his or her stead on a designation Form L-003 provided by the commission, which shall be filed with the license application.N.H.
