Section Liq 603.04 - Revocations; Payment of Fines(a) Revocation shall be a permanent loss of a liquor license, except: (1) A licensee shall be eligible to apply for a new license 365 calendar days after revocation;(2) The commission shall hold a public hearing on any such application to determine if the applicant meets the requirements of RSA 178:3; and(3) If a new license is granted, the record of the revoked license shall be attached to the new license.(b) No license shall be issued to or renewed for an applicant who has not paid an outstanding administrative fine issued by the commission.N.H.
