The purpose of these rules is to set forth the requirements for agency liquor stores as provided for in RSA 177:9 in towns or surrounding relevant market where there is no state store and where the voters of the town in which the agency liquor store would be located have voted to allow the sale of liquor in state stores under RSA 175:7.
