Section Liq 505.04 - Records to be Maintained(a) One day license holders shall maintain records for 1 year showing the amount of money derived from the sale of beverage or liquor or both, the expense incurred in making such sales and the distribution of profits realized from said sales.(b) Said records shall be made available for audit on request by the commission, its examiners or investigators at any time subsequent to the issuance of a license.N.H.
