Section Liq 501.15 - Transfers(a) All petitions pursuant to RSA 178:25 for transfer of a club license received in the commission's offices at least 5 days prior to the event which meet the requirements of RSA 178:25 and any other statutory requirements which may apply shall be granted.(b) Transfers shall not exceed 3 consecutive days and 6 total days for any organization during their license year.N.H.
