Section Liq 303.08 - Change in Proof(a) A request from a vendor or manufacturer for a change in the alcohol content of a product shall be treated as a request for de-listing of the original product and a new listing for the replacement, if the change in alcohol content is greater than or equal to 10 proof units.(b) Vendors or manufacturers shall notify the commission in writing of changes in alcohol content of less than 10 proof units.(c) Requests for change in proof of greater than 10 proof units shall include: (1) The name and address of the vendor making the request;(2) The product for which the change is made; and(3) The current proof and the proposed proof of the product for which the request is made, and the size of the container for which the request is made.N.H.
