Section Liq 303.03 - Test Market Procedure(a) The commission shall accept, in one brand size only, all eligible broker submittals for the test market.(b) To be eligible for test marketing, the product shall meet the following requirements: (1) The product shall not have been de-listed pursuant to Liq 308 in any size in the state of New Hampshire within the past 12 fiscal months;(2) The product shall be available for inventory;(3) The product shall have been in demand by consumers in other retail markets;(4) The product shall have an assured continuity of supply; and(5) The product shall meet all applicable requirements of the rules in this chapter.N.H.
