Section Liq 209.02 - Emergency Suspensions - No Hearing Required(a) In accordance with RSA 179:56, III (c), if the commission possesses credible information indicating that a licensee is engaging in conduct or that circumstances exist that present a risk to public health, safety, or welfare constituting an emergency, the commission shall suspend, for a period of not more than 24 hours, any license issued under the provision of this title.(b) Any such suspension shall be approved directly by the chairman or deputy commissioner before taking effect.N.H.
