Section Liq 208.03 - License Denials When denying a license application, either new or renewal, the presiding officer shall:
(a) Notify the applicant in writing, specifying the reason(s) for denying the application;(b) Notify the applicant of their right to a hearing before the commission;(c) Notify the applicant, if a renewal, that the license shall lapse on the expiration date and that no extensions shall be granted; and(d) For denials based on points as defined in Liq 601.03 include the number of points accumulated, the violations causing the points, and the prima facie assumption that any licensee accumulating 12 or more points in a license year does not meet the criteria of RSA 178:3 VII (b) and (e).N.H.
